Am I charged for Consultation?

All our consultations are free of charge when you purchase a membership meal plan.

Can I stop my meals delivery during the week/holidays?

Yes, you can pause and resume your meal delivery any day through the application by accessing your account and requesting to pause the required date.

Do you deliver to more than one address for the same person?

Yes, we deliver to more than one location if you assign the addresses at least 48 hours in advance or during membership registration.

Is nutrition consultation service available without purchasing membership?

Yes, it is available without membership. You can book an online consultation or visit us, and our certified dietitian will assist you.

Can I cancel my membership in the middle of the duration and get a refund?

You can cancel anytime during your membership, but we do not provide refunds. You can transfer the remaining days to someone else or pause it to use within the next 3 months.
