By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Subscription Plans
1.1. Plan Details:
- Subscribers can choose from various meal plans tailored to dietary preferences, including options for weight loss, maintenance, or specific dietary needs.
- Plans are available on weekly or monthly bases.
1.2. Payment:
- Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period.
- All payments are non-refundable.
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery Area:
- The Service is available within designated delivery zones. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to confirm if their address is within the service area.
2.2. Schedule:
- Meals will be delivered on the schedule specified during signup.
- Changes to delivery times must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
2.3. Unsuccessful Deliveries:
- If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or absence, the meal will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Meal Customization
3.1. Dietary Preferences:
- The Service strives to accommodate allergies, intolerances, and preferences; however, complete allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed.
3.2. Substitutions:
- Ingredients may be substituted based on seasonal availability without prior notice.
4. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
4.1. Modifications:
- Subscribers can modify their plan (e.g., meal type, portion size) by contacting the Service at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are not provided except in cases of:
- Service errors (e.g., failure to deliver meals as agreed).
- Defective products (evidence may be required).
5.2. Refunds will not be issued for changes in dietary preferences or missed deliveries.
6. Liability
6.1.
- The Service is not responsible for adverse reactions to meals due to undisclosed allergies or intolerances.

- The Service disclaims liability for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., weather, traffic).
